By accessing or using HG.FOOTBALL (the “Website”) and any related services (the “Service”), you (“you”, “user”, “customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), including any modifications we make from time to time.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Website or any Services.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy, Bonus/Promotion Terms, and any other rules or documents referred to herein, form a legally binding agreement between you and us.

Bonus offers, promotions, loyalty or rakeback rewards (“Bonuses”) are subject to specific bonus terms and conditions, which form part of these Terms. Always read the Bonus Terms before participating.
Bonuses may have wagering requirements, max bet limits, expiration dates, game restrictions, or withdrawal limits.
Abuse of bonus offers (e.g. wagering solely to meet bonus, withdrawing bonus funds before fulfilling requirements, using multiple accounts) will result in cancellation of bonus and winnings and may lead to account suspension or closure.

You agree not to do any of the following:

Use the Service in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
Use VPNs or proxies to bypass jurisdiction restrictions.
Engage in fraud, money laundering, or other illicit activities.
Engage in collusion, market manipulation, or otherwise attempt to gain unfair advantage (e.g., insider bets, inside information).
Use bots, automated scripts, exploit bugs or errors.
Attempt to reverse deposits, chargebacks, or tamper with payment methods dishonestly.
Use multiple accounts in ways that violate our policies.

You assume full responsibility and risk for your betting and transactions. We are not responsible for:
- Losses resulting from your decisions or mistakes.
- Errors from third-party systems (blockchain delays, network issues).
- Unavailability of services due to maintenance, technical problems, or force majeure.
You acknowledge that cryptocurrencies are volatile and may change in value; you bear that risk when you maintain crypto balances.

All content on the Website (graphics, text, software, user interface, odds display, trademarks, logos) is our property or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright, trademark and other IP laws.
You may use content for personal, non-commercial use only. Any reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use without our written permission is prohibited.
